Measuring Instructions

There is a right way and a wrong way to wear a kilt.

A true kilt is worn well above the place your jeans usually      sit.  This is important to know when measuring.

Now measure the widest part of your hips.  This is the spot that your pleats will begin to open in the back.

Start out by measuring your true        waiste.  This is roughly just below your navel.

I'll admit it... My butt sticks out further, than my hips are wide.  In this case you want to measure the largest part of your ars.  Its nothing to be ashamed of.  It only serves to attract the ladies.

Here is the tricky part.  Remember where you took the first measurement?  Put a belt around it. Now put a tie just around the top of your knee cap.  Measure from the top of the belt to the bottom of the tie.  This will give you the overall length of your kilt.  This is on average between 22 and 24 inches.

DON'T SUCK YOUR GUT IN!!!! LET IT ALL HANG OUT!!! I NEED TRUE MEASUREMENTS!!!
